2. Bookings

Appointments may be made online, by phone, email or social media.

Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our booking system.

Please ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit will generally be credited towards your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If your appointment is rescheduled within our cancellation policy, your deposit will usually be transferred to your new booking.

Deposits may be forfeited where cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the permitted notice period.

Cancellation notice required: 48 hours.

4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

Late cancellations or failure to attend ("No Shows") may result in:

  • Loss of your booking deposit

  • Cancellation fees

  • Requirement to pay a deposit before future appointments.

Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Existing prepaid packages or subscriptions will continue under the pricing agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

11. Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Packages may not be transferred to another individual without written approval from The Clean Skin Clinic.

Unused treatments remain valid for 12 months.

12. Subscription Memberships

Where a treatment subscription has been purchased:

  • Membership payments must continue for the agreed minimum term.

  • Treatments are subject to recommended clinical treatment intervals.

  • Missed appointments do not reduce membership payments.

  • Unused treatments may remain available after the membership term, subject to our membership policy.

Please review your Membership Agreement for complete subscription terms.

13. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are not redeemable for cash.

  • Must be presented before treatment.

  • May only be used before their expiry date (where applicable).

Voucher validity period: 3 years.

14. Products

We cannot guarantee results from skincare products as individual skin responses vary.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

15. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to monitor progress.

Photographs remain confidential.

Marketing use of photographs will only occur where separate written consent has been obtained.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where services fail to meet consumer guarantees, clients are entitled to remedies as provided by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clean Skin Clinic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
